Taste Profile Sourced from the cooler Central Otago sub-region of Gibbston and the warmer sub-region of Alexandra. The wine was given just six months ageing in French oak barrels in the winery's underground cave. The subtle tannins from this maturation support the vibrant cherry/plum fruit resulting in an immensely drinkable wine with medium cellaring potential.
