Vinification This consistently rewarding wine was fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in French oak barriques (20% new); 20% of the blend went through malolactic fermentation.
Taste Profile Light-medium yellow/green, with a youthful, biscuity bouquet, it is fresh and intense, with strong citrusy flavours, a touch of butterscotch and firm acid spine. Mouthfilling and minerally, with good acidity, it should mature well.
