The delicate salmon colour is the result of leaving the juice in contact with the grape skins overnight before gentle pressing. Enticing strawberry on the nose with undertones of sherbet and fresh raspberry coulis. The superb balance of sweet red fruit characters and fine acids gives a delightful concentration of flavour with a clean dry finish. Great wine as an aperitif or to accompany an early course at a dinner party. Its very colour is a celebration in itself!
